Below you’ll find all the details on how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.
🧾 Return Eligibility
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, as long as:

The items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

All tags and labels are still attached.

You contact us before returning the item so we can provide the correct instructions.
Please note that we cannot accept returns sent back without prior confirmation from our support team.
💰 Refunds & Replacements
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’ll gladly:

Send you a free replacement, or

Issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
To process a claim, simply email photo or video proof to hello@jonesmaison.uk within 7 days of delivery.
In most cases, a return shipment is not required.
🔄 Change of Mind or Unwanted Items
If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, you can still return it within 14 days.
Please note:

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The item must be in resellable condition (unused and in its original packaging).
We’ll issue a refund once the item has been received and inspected.
