Returns & Refunds

We’re sorry to hear that your order didn’t go as expected — we’re here to make things right.
Below you’ll find all the details on how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.


🧾 Return Eligibility

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, as long as:

  • The items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • All tags and labels are still attached.

  • You contact us before returning the item so we can provide the correct instructions.

Please note that we cannot accept returns sent back without prior confirmation from our support team.


💰 Refunds & Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’ll gladly:

  • Send you a free replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

To process a claim, simply email photo or video proof to hello@jonesmaison.uk within 7 days of delivery.
In most cases, a return shipment is not required.


🔄 Change of Mind or Unwanted Items

If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, you can still return it within 14 days.
Please note:

  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • The item must be in resellable condition (unused and in its original packaging).

We’ll issue a refund once the item has been received and inspected.


⏱️ Processing Time

Once we receive and verify your return or claim, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Refunds are automatically sent to your original payment method — this timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
